Barre

Barre workouts have taken the world by storm as a fantastic low impact class to strengthen and tone your body. The Barre Pilates Method, simplifies complex ballet techniques and combines them with basic Pilates principles to deliver a safe, effective, flowing workout for everyone, with no need of dance experience.

Why? to improve your tone, strength, and balance.
Barre will increase your flexibility, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core.

How? Essentially, Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, and functional training, choreographed to music. In each targeted workout, you will use the Barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

What? classes for all.
Barre classes - 10 clients per class in a beautiful, relaxing environment.

What to Wear...
The floor in my studio is carpeted so you can wear normal socks to begin with and then if you wish purchase some sticky Barre socks, or socks with small silicone pads on the bottom to help your grip.  Aside from your footwear, please wear clothes that lie close to your body so that I can easily view your pelvic placement, alignment, and range of movement.

£5 per Barre Class (max of 10 people) - 45mins.
