Weight Loss Course

Move more, eat less, maintaining a healthy weight is important for health. In addition to lowering the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure, it can also lower the risk of many different cancers. Weight management techniques encompass long-term lifestyle strategies that promote healthy eating and daily physical activity. Effective weight management strategies consider not only weight loss but also the maintenance of a healthy body weight over time. This does not include fad diets that promote quick, temporary weight loss but focuses on the long-term results that are achieved through slow weight loss.

How? by understanding what to eat/drink to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. By focusing on a clients individual needs, I can help you to understand your weight in relation to your food and lifestyle. My answer is a not a diet but a change in outlook and emphasis. I am a qualified (insured) Nutritional Advisor and Personal Trainer.

What? 8 week online course one to one - £15 per session (£120 to be paid in advance).
The course offers you education, guidance and support in relation to the food you eat/drink and the activity you take throughout the day. It involves the use of an app to record your food and drink intake so I can assess, advise and calculate your energy needs and recommend strategies to implement change.
